Return Policy
Returns on any DVDs, CDs, or other products from our online store will be granted if there is a problem due to defects in manufacturing or workmanship. Any defective products must be returned to Path 11 Productions undamaged and void of scratches, marring, breakage, cracks and package breakage, so we may investigate the problem in order to issue a replacement. Shipping cost will be born by the customer for all or any returns. Path 11 Productions will pay for return shipping of the replacement product to the customer. In the event that there is not an adequate replacement for the exact product that is returned, Path 11 Productions reserves the right to find a product substitution of equal cost/value. Path 11 Productions llc. Customer Service will, if this event should arise, (attempt) to contact the customer by phone or email as to their choice of an alternate replacement product.

Refund Policy
No refunds on any Digital downloads, DVDs, CDs or any electronic products.
