MICHAEL HABERNIG - director, is the owner of Habernig Productions and director of The Path. He is a man with a personal vision to impact the world with a documentary on the soul’s purpose, path and presence in our lives. His inspiration comes from his own soul’s journey and life experiences when he was confronted with many family members who had died in a short period of time. These deaths in his life sprung him into deep study and investigation to find out answers as to what happens after we die.

Along with running a video production company for 8 years, Michael Habernig also worked as a director/producer at Time Warner Cable, the second largest cable operator in the United States for 10 years in the news and advertising department. He was a director at a Regional news network in Kingston, NY for three years, a production assistant for ESPN and worked on an independent film Manny and Lo. This will be his third documentary production.

APRIL HANNAH - producer, has always had an interest in the metaphysical world ever since she was a young child. She grew up in a home with family members who had natural psychic abilities and hearing these stories as a child were second nature. She began having her own psychic experiences as a child which later ceased and then re-emerged again in her early twenties. It was at this point in her life when she began studying therapeutic touch, attending seminars about Angels and healing. She met with different mediums and healers who later became her mentors and taught her what she knows, practices and studies today.

She recently resigned from her position as a therapist at Four Winds Psychiatric Hospital in Saratoga Springs, New York where she worked for 5 years serving children and families who had been diagnosed with severe psychiatric mental illness to become a Holistic Health Practitioner. April opened her own private practice, Hannah's Healing in the fall of 2007 and is now focusing all her energy in this new adventure. She also felt a calling to began volunteering her time for Hospice in Greene and Saratoga County NY just prior to being contacted to produce The Path documentary.

April is a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor, who provides services to individuals, couples, children, adolescents and families in her private practice in the serene Catskill Mountains. Her approach to therapy now blends holistic studies with traditional psychotherapy techniques.

She is a graduate from The College of Saint Rose (2004) and holds a Master’s Degree of Science in Education. She completed her Bachelor of Arts (1999) at SUNY Institute of Technology at Utica Rome and completed an Associate of Arts Degree (1997) at SUNY Cobleskill. She also has a history working with at-risk adolescents and survivors of sexual assault and abuse for 10 years.

F. Holmes “Skip” Atwater is the President of the Monroe Institute. Raised in a spiritually oriented family environment, Skip Atwater’s childhood was filled with extraordinary psychic experiences. As a young adult he was guided from within to a career as a counterspy during the cold-war era where he used his natural psychic aptitude as a U.S. Army Counterintelligence Special Agent. He played a key role in the remote viewing intelligence program now known to world by the code name STAR GATE.

For ten years Skip was the Operations and Training Officer for this secret remote-viewing program. He recruited and trained an elite cadre of professional intelligence officers to do remote viewing for the Department of Defense and various members of the national intelligence community. focus, and levels of awareness.

Working in the Bob Monroe Research Lab, he has explored the realms of his own consciousness and adopted a spiritual perspective of everyday life. In his roll as Research Director, he published technical research on methods for expanding consciousness, authored the inspirational book, Captain of My Ship, Master of My Soul, and assisted hundreds of individuals in experiencing and exploring expanded states of consciousness.

Skip is also the past president of the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA), which was organized by scientists and academicians involved in remote viewing together with veterans of the now declassified STAR GATE program. It is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit membership organization that encourages the dissemination of accurate information about remote viewing through a robust website (www.IRVA.org), regular conferences, and speaking and education outreach. They assist in forming objective testing standards and materials for evaluating remote viewers, serve as a clearing house for truthful information about the phenomenon, promote rigorous theoretical research and applications development in the remote-viewing field, and propose ethical standards as appropriate. They neither endorse nor promote any specific method or approach to remote viewing, but represent a responsible voice in the history and future of all aspects of the discipline.

Skip has also been a college instructor, scientific investigator, and human behavioral engineer specializing in the design and application of techniques for cultivating propitious states of consciousness for over three decades.

Early in the 1970s he received an associate degree from the University of New York, a baccalaureate degree from the University of Nebraska, and completed his graduate coursework in counseling psychology at the University of Northern Colorado.

Patty Ray Avalon is a trained Residential Facilitator at a consciousness research organization called The Monroe Institute in Virginia, where she has been working with Hemi-Sync® technology. She trains participants to use their consciousness to access guidance, explore past lives, improve manifestation, learn self-healing and self-actualization skills and learn out-of-body techniques as introduced by Robert Monroe. TOM CAMPBELL is a nuclear physicist currently modeling the behavior of large complex systems for NASA, began researching altered states of consciousness with Bob Monroe (Journeys Out Of The Body, Far Journeys, and The Ultimate Journey) at Monroe Laboratories in the early 1970s where he and a few others were instrumental in getting Monroe's laboratory for the study of consciousness up and running. These early drug-free consciousness pioneers helped design experiments, developed the technology for creating specific altered states, and were the main subjects of study (guinea pigs) all at the same time. beth netter, MD is a holistic physician and a Reiki Master healer and teacher associated with the Center for Integrative Health and Healing in Delmar, New York.

She was previously the Director of Obstetric Anesthesiology and staff anesthesiologist at Memorial Hospital in Worcester, Massachusetts, having done her residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital, Harvard University in Boston after earning her medical degree from SUNY Buffalo School of Biomedical Sciences. She now practices holistic medicine focusing on the most natural means possible to support health and happiness.

Paul Rademacher has been studying the intersection between consciousness, spirituality, and religion for over 25 years. Paul graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree in 1985 and served as a Presbyterian pastor for 15 years. From 1989 to 1992, he pursued doctoral studies at the Ecumenical Theological Center in Detroit, MI in the areas of mysticism, spirituality and spiritual practice.

In 1997, he attended, for the first time, The Monroe Institute in Faber, VA (world renowned for its pioneering work in human consciousness,) and three years later became a Residential Trainer at the Virginia campus. In 2007 he was selected as the Executive Director of the Monroe Institute following the death of Laurie Monroe.
